How it works

  • 1. Ask for a Quote

    I visit the property and give you a quote there and then or I may need to send it through email after working out all costings.

  • 2. Listen to the customers request

    Find out what the customer expects from you and what they need doing

  • 3. Job description

    Let the customer know what the job consist of. A brief rundown from start to finish.

  • 4. Agree a price

    This is determined of the size of the property and the condition of the floor . Also when it was last washed. Any extra services such as sealents or sanding.

  • 5. Punctuality and job satisfaction

    I always try to turn up on time. 

    If the job takes longer than expected or I have to use more fuel & detergents this is on me. Never do I add any hidden extras on the customers quote. The price is the price.
